Every project we undertake is a testament to our commitment to engineering excellence. From complex pipeline networks to robust structural frameworks, we deliver solutions that stand the test of time.

At the Caterpillar site, we successfully demolished and relocated a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure, reusing existing materials at a new location while maintaining full compliance with engineering guidelines.
The existing PEB needed removal for a new facility design. Instead of conventional demolition, we identified an opportunity to maximize value through strategic material reuse.

The project significantly reduced construction waste and environmental impact while delivering substantial cost savings compared to new material procurement. We accelerated the construction timeline by utilizing pre-fabricated components and maintained all engineering specifications and building codes throughout the process.

Following a fire at Loyal Textile Factory, we executed emergency repairs to restore the damaged roofing system, including warped galvanized sheets, bent purlins, and compromised building rolls.
Fire damage created critical issues that demanded immediate attention. Heat-warped galvanized sheets compromised the waterproofing integrity, while bent steel purlins lost their structural capacity. Damaged ridge rolls and flashing exposed the interior to weather elements, creating immediate safety risks and forcing a complete production stoppage.

The factory resumed operations with minimal downtime, benefiting from enhanced fire resistance and weatherproofing that exceeded original specifications. We completed the project ahead of schedule and within budget, successfully restoring a safe working environment for all personnel.

At Saint Gobain's Pune facility, we successfully executed a critical insulation replacement project, installing a 100mm thick ceramic blanket across 180 square meters of autoclave machinery. This project required precision execution within a tight timeline to minimize production downtime.
The existing ceramic blanket insulation in the autoclave machine had degraded over time, affecting thermal efficiency and operational safety. The replacement needed to be completed quickly to avoid extended production interruptions at this high-volume manufacturing facility.

We delivered the project flawlessly, completing the 180 square meter installation within the compressed timeline. The new ceramic blanket restored optimal thermal efficiency to the autoclave system, ensuring consistent temperature control for manufacturing processes. Saint Gobain resumed full production operations without quality issues, benefiting from improved energy efficiency and extended insulation lifespan.

We successfully executed chilled water pipeline installation for the server room at Bank of Baroda's data center in Hyderabad, working as a subcontractor to STULZ. This critical project was completed in a live data center environment without disrupting banking operations.
Data centers require precise temperature control for server reliability. Working in a live operational environment demanded meticulous execution without disrupting critical banking operations while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

The chilled water piping system was commissioned successfully without any operational disruption. The installation met all quality specifications and safety standards, providing reliable cooling infrastructure for maintaining optimal server room temperatures. The project was delivered on time, ensuring Bank of Baroda's critical IT infrastructure continues to operate with maximum uptime and efficiency.

We successfully fabricated and installed a high-capacity 30 KLD (Kilolitre per Day) stainless steel storage tank at Loyal Textile Mills, Cuddalore. The tank was constructed using premium SS 316L grade stainless steel the industry gold standard for corrosion resistance ensuring long-term reliability for critical liquid storage operations within the facility.
The client required a large volume storage solution capable of withstanding chemically aggressive media in a textile production environment. Standard mild steel tanks were ruled out due to corrosion risks. The solution demanded precision fabrication, leak-proof sealing, and strict hygiene compliance all within the client's operational timeline.

The 30 KLD SS 316L tank was delivered, installed, and commissioned on schedule achieving complete leak-free performance from Day 1. The client benefited from a long service-life solution with minimal maintenance overhead, replacing the need for frequent lining replacement associated with conventional tanks. The installation was completed with zero disruption to the ongoing plant operations.

We executed the design, fabrication, and installation of two heavy-duty 45 KLD diesel storage tanks at Caterpillar's BCP facility. These tanks serve as the primary bulk diesel reserves for Caterpillar's large-scale generator and equipment operations, demanding exceptional build quality, safety compliance, and precise installation in a high-activity industrial environment.
Diesel storage in a high-output industrial setting like Caterpillar BCP introduces critical safety and compliance requirements. The tanks needed to handle continuous fuel supply loads while meeting fire safety, anti-spill, and industrial standards. Site constraints demanded careful logistics and phased installation without halting ongoing plant operations

Both 45 KLD diesel tanks were installed, tested, and commissioned within the agreed project timeline with zero safety incidents. The dual-tank configuration delivered the operational

We executed a large-scale roof waterproofing project covering 1,000 square metres at Caterpillar's industrial facility using a premium EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) membrane system. The project addressed persistent roof leaks that were threatening production equipment, electrical systems, and plant operations — delivering a permanent, highperformance waterproofing solution built to last decades.
The existing roof had developed multiple leak points across 1,000 sq. m, causing water ingress that posed serious risks to high-value Caterpillar machinery, wiring infrastructure, and employee safety. Conventional waterproofing approaches had previously failed due to thermal expansion, ponding water, and joint failures. A durable, seamless, and long-life solution was required without a complete roof replacement and without halting plant production.
