Following a fire at Loyal Textile Factory, we executed emergency repairs to restore the damaged roofing system, including warped galvanized sheets, bent purlins, and compromised building rolls.

The Emergency:

Fire damage created critical issues that demanded immediate attention. Heat-warped galvanized sheets compromised the waterproofing integrity, while bent steel purlins lost their structural capacity. Damaged ridge rolls and flashing exposed the interior to weather elements, creating immediate safety risks and forcing a complete production stoppage.

Project Overview:

We successfully fabricated and installed a high-capacity 30 KLD (Kilolitre per Day) stainless steel storage tank at Loyal Textile Mills, Cuddalore. The tank was constructed using premium SS 316L grade stainless steel the industry gold standard for corrosion resistance ensuring long-term reliability for critical liquid storage operations within the facility.

The Challange:

The client required a large volume storage solution capable of withstanding chemically aggressive media in a textile production environment. Standard mild steel tanks were ruled out due to corrosion risks. The solution demanded precision fabrication, leak-proof sealing, and strict hygiene compliance all within the client's operational timeline.

Our Approach:

  • Material Selection: Used SS 316L grade for its superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride environments ideal for textile effluent and chemical storage.
  • Precision Fabrication: TIG-welded internals with full-penetration welds; all seams ground smooth and passivated to prevent contamination.
  • Structural Engineering: Designed to withstand hydrostatic load at full capacity with adequate safety factor integrated support legs anchored to concrete plinth.
  • Fittings & Access: Provided inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, vent, and manhole provisions conforming to process requirements.
  • Quality Testing: Hydrostatic pressure test and dye penetrant inspection carried out before commissioning to ensure zero-leak integrity.

The 30 KLD SS 316L tank was delivered, installed, and commissioned on schedule achieving complete leak-free performance from Day 1. Project Overview:

We executed the design, fabrication, and installation of two heavy-duty 45 KLD diesel storage tanks at Caterpillar's BCP facility. These tanks serve as the primary bulk diesel reserves for Caterpillar's large-scale generator and equipment operations, demanding exceptional build quality, safety compliance, and precise installation in a high-activity industrial environment.

The Challange:

Diesel storage in a high-output industrial setting like Caterpillar BCP introduces critical safety and compliance requirements. The tanks needed to handle continuous fuel supply loads while meeting fire safety, anti-spill, and industrial standards. Site constraints demanded careful logistics and phased installation without halting ongoing plant operations

Our Approach:

  • Dual Tank Design: Engineered two independent 45 KLD units to allow maintenance of one tank while the other remains operational ensuring uninterrupted fuel supply.
  • Material Assessment: Fabricated from heavy-gauge MS plate with internal epoxy lining and external anti-corrosion paint system to resist fuel degradation and weathering.
  • Safety Provisions: Integrated emergency venting, grounding lugs, level gauges, and overflow containment bunds as per PESO and fire safety norms.
  • Pipeline Integration: Coordinated full inlet / outlet / return line piping with pump connections ready for immediate operational hookup.
  • Site Execution: Phased installation with no disruption to the Caterpillar facility's active production schedule; all work carried out under strict HSE protocols.

Project Overview:

We executed a large-scale roof waterproofing project covering 1,000 square metres at Caterpillar's industrial facility using a premium EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) membrane system. The project addressed persistent roof leaks that were threatening production equipment, electrical systems, and plant operations — delivering a permanent, highperformance waterproofing solution built to last decades.

The Challange:

The existing roof had developed multiple leak points across 1,000 sq. m, causing water ingress that posed serious risks to high-value Caterpillar machinery, wiring infrastructure, and employee safety. Conventional waterproofing approaches had previously failed due to thermal expansion, ponding water, and joint failures. A durable, seamless, and long-life solution was required without a complete roof replacement and without halting plant production.
